Pharmagen Healthcare Ltd (PHL) is dedicated to improving the health of lower-income communities in Pakistan through innovative products and services. We focus on addressing core healthcare issues faced by underserved populations by implementing practical, affordable, and sustainable solutions. Our operations include two main divisions: the Water Division, which provides access to safe, affordable drinking water in urban slums, and the Pharmacy Division, which operates a network of high-quality pharmacies in rural districts.

We are seeking a Brand Manager to oversee marketing strategies for PHL's Water Division. The role involves developing innovative marketing activities, managing project implementation, and evaluating marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications, project management, and metrics evaluation, along with a passion for our mission and a deep understanding of consumer preferences among urban and peri-urban poor communities around Lahore.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new marketing strategies that generate word-of-mouth and utilize cost-effective guerrilla marketing approaches.
  2. Managing the execution of existing marketing initiatives, including subscription models and partnerships with local organizations.
  3. Training marketing staff and officers to optimize performance.
  4. Establishing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement, with scheduled evaluations to forecast trends and opportunities.
