Job Title

We seek a seasoned Executive Manager to lead the establishment of our water plant and oversee ongoing operations.

This key member of the senior management team will maintain control of diverse business operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop departments and prepare for launch.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all departments.
  • Monitor and develop feasibilities for the entire division.
  • Maximize business profitability.
  • Expand business portfolio by adding new streams.
  • Participate in management meetings and translate strategy into procedures.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in water plant operations and 5+ years as Executive Manager.
  • Understanding of finance, procurement, retail, and transport functions.
  • Strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Additonal Requirements:

  • Strong management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in setting up food networks.
