This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
  • Analyze client data and provide insights for business development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to offer strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable].
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
