Entterprice (sister concern of Digitt+) is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for a key subset product. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B product marketing, demand generation, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, driving brand positioning, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to accelerate product growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
  2. Product Launch Management: Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and sales to ensure seamless product launches and adoption strategies.
  3. Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, using data-driven insights to refine positioning.
  4. Brand Development & Content Strategy: Build and maintain brand consistency across content marketing, sales enablement, and performance marketing.
  5. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Lead demand generation initiatives through digital advertising, email marketing, content strategy, webinars, and paid media.
  6. Sales & Revenue Alignment: Develop sales enablement materials, customer case studies, and product training programs to support the sales team.
  7. Performance & Analytics: Track and optimize marketing performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ROI.
  8. Partnership & Influencer Marketing: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry leaders, and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, product positioning, and revenue-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM, performance analytics, and conversion optimization tools.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
