Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance revenue and market share in the Fuel Products segment.
  2. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to accelerate organizational growth within the fuel market.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with critical clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  4. Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements to inform strategic initiatives.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on the fuel industry, specifically in Fuel Products.

  3. Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth initiatives.
