We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Act as a senior technical developer in the AI ML pod covering DCOO, procurement, and supporting other CET functions.
  2. Deliver initiatives and book of work including:
  3. Design, development, and implementation of AI/ML initiatives and proof of concepts.
  4. Coach other developers in AI ML technologies.
  5. Develop new approaches and technical solutions based on use cases from across CET.
  6. Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure high performance and robust/resilient service delivery.
  7. Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand and values.
  8. Remain current on AI, ML, data, digital, and emerging trends affecting the Financial Services industry.
  9. Coach team members and developers in AI ML.
  10. Engage with business stakeholders across corporate functions to deliver tangible results from AI initiatives.
