Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, located in Lahore. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for bidding on Upwork projects, writing personalized cover letters, managing client communication, and identifying potential business opportunities. The role also involves analyzing clients\' needs and coordinating with the internal team to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

- Writing personalized cover letters that effectively convey the company\'s strengths
- Managing client communication and building client relationships
- Identifying potential business opportunities and coordinating with internal teams
- Analyzing client needs to ensure successful project delivery
- Experience with bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to write personalized cover letters that effectively convey the company\'s strengths
- Experience in managing client communication and building client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in understanding clients\' requirements and coordinating with internal teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
