We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to manage and optimize our two Top Rated Plus SEO profiles on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting competitive and persuasive bids on relevant projects to maximize client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain two Top Rated Plus SEO profiles on Upwork to ensure high visibility and strong client engagement.
  • Optimize profiles to improve search rankings, highlighting skills, achievements, and client feedback.
  • Research and identify suitable projects matching the Profile's expertise in SEO.
  • Write compelling, customized proposals that address client needs and increase the chances of winning projects.
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients, providing timely follow-ups and clarifications.
  • Track and report bid success rates, project progress, and client feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to understand project requirements and align proposals accordingly.
  • Stay updated with Upwork's policies, algorithms, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity during client interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly bid targets and contribute towards achieving revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms, preferably with an SEO focus.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, bidding process, and profile optimization.
  • Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Ability to work during the night shift (8 PM to 4 AM), 5 days a week.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO concepts and terminology is a plus.
  • Comfortable working onsite at Nawab Town, Lahore.
  • Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Upwork's dashboard.
