Job Title: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at TCF | MBA HR | Biomedical Engineer | Writer

Description

The Student Development Program at TCF focuses on holistic learning and wellbeing of primary and secondary school students across Pakistan. The incumbent will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based programs aimed at social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and moral development of students.

  • Design evidence-based interventions for student development and wellbeing based on primary and secondary research, including content such as guidelines, A/V aids, assessment tools, and lesson plans.
  • Support planning, implementation, assessment, training, monitoring, and evaluation of student development interventions.
  • Engage with students, teachers, parents, and community members to gather input and feedback.
  • Provide support and feedback to team members.

Required Skills

  • Strong social and emotional skills, critical and reflective thinking.
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent documentation, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Canva skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn Urdu typing or proficiency in it.

Education

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Experience

2-3 years in teaching, research, program design, or curriculum development. Urdu typing skills are required. Familiarity with life skills education, critical pedagogy, project-based learning, mental health/wellbeing initiatives, or social-emotional learning programs is preferred.
