Masters in law, CA part qualified or ICMA qualified with good communication skills and taxation knowledge is a prerequisite. Tax practitioner is an added advantage.
Responsibilities- Establishing taxation section in the light of business and law requirements for all direct and indirect taxes.
- Developing team and training resources for desired levels of work.
- Review accounting processes and other SOPs to ensure 100% compliance with applicable laws and proper recording.
- Review and guide management for corporate tax planning.
- Ensure correct and timely submission of all returns and statements.
- Respond to tax audit or monitoring notices.
- Coordinate with consultants for special matters and correspondence.
We are currently looking for a person suitable for work related to Taxation, both Income Tax and Sales Tax, with a salary bracket of 90,000 to 120,000 and 6 to 8 years of tax-related work experience with a reputed organization, preferably in industry or a consultancy firm.
