Role Description
We are looking for a high-performing Software Sales & Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role blends technical understanding with client relationship management. You will be the key driver in identifying opportunities, shaping software solutions, and managing the sales cycle using tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ClickUp to align project scope with delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and propose tailored software solutions
- Manage full sales pipeline from outreach to closing using HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to scope and price technical proposals
- Lead product demos and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Coordinate with delivery teams using ClickUp for project onboarding and scope alignment
- Maintain client communication and follow-ups, ensuring seamless post-sales transition
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and partnership documentation as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or IT solution selling
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Notion
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey technical concepts clearly
- Experience with outbound sales, email outreach, and lead qualification
- Excellent customer service mindset and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, and delivery)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
