Job Description

Supervision and coordination of online courses (content, scheduling, reporting). Assisting in planning, organizing, and executing events and workshops. Liaising with team members, faculty, and external partners for smooth project delivery. Preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation. Supporting project lead in administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of online courses, including managing course content, scheduling sessions, and producing detailed reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and workshops that align with university goals and enhance participant engagement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, faculty, and external partners to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation to support transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Support project leads in various administrative and operational tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and tracking project milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to university policies and standards while managing day-to-day project activities and deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Provide logistical support during events and workshops, including coordinating venues, materials, and participant communications.
  • Maintain strong organizational systems to facilitate efficient information flow and project monitoring.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively and maintain smooth operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes by suggesting innovative approaches and best practices.
