We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executive - to join our hotel sales team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue by selling hotel rooms, event spaces, and other hospitality services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in corporate, travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and group segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (front office, events, F&B) to ensure smooth execution of client bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client needs, service improvements, and competitive activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.
  • Knowledge of local market and corporate client networks is a plus.
