Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for an Assistant Manager Business Development at EfroTech. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and preparing business development plans. The Assistant Manager will also coordinate with various departments to develop strategies for market growth and assist in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Qualifications
  • Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience with Market Research and Business Analysis
  • Proficiency in preparing Business Proposals and Presentations
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the IT or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
