- Craft and introduce Health and Safety strategies and protocols that align with global EHS regulations.
- Perform risk evaluations, audits, and checks to prevent hazards and secure a hazard-free workplace.
- Offer direction, guidance, and support to regional EHS teams for coherent Health and Safety practises.
- Work with various teams to merge Health and Safety into Supply Chain operations and decisions.
- Manage Health and Safety instructional initiatives to keep all staff well-informed and compliant.
- Oversee incident analysis, root cause discovery, and the development of remedial and preventive strategies.

- Extensive background in EHS management, particularly within Supply Chain safety initiatives.
- Thorough understanding of EHS laws, standards, and best practises, especially as they apply to Supply Chain contexts.
- Influential leadership and communication abilities to champion EHS measures and engender a culture centred on safety.
- A proven history of creating and putting into action global Health and Safety strategies.
- Available to travel internationally to various Supply Chain locations as necessary.
