Qorden is transforming customer support through multilingual speech analytics and AI-powered voice tech. Our tools help global businesses understand every customer conversation—no matter the language. As we scale, we're looking for a performance-driven marketing specialist to lead and optimize our paid acquisition efforts.

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on turning data into growth. You'll manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, optimize for leads and ROAS, and work closely with our creative and product teams to fuel Qorden's revenue engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale full-funnel paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and campaign optimization to meet CPL, ROAS, and conversion KPIs
  • Collaborate with creatives on ad visuals and copy; test variations and landing pages
  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager to track and improve results
  • Drive growth through audience segmentation, keyword strategies, and A/B testing
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable insights for leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong track record of budget management and lead generation or eComm ROAS
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and pixel/conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization best practices
  • Proactive mindset with a test-and-learn approach to growth

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns for international markets
  • Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, Lemlist, or programmatic platforms
  • Knowledge of retargeting strategies and email funnel performance
