You will be required to:

  1. Lead the business development activities by giving Sales Team the direction and where required personally meet potential clients.
  2. Focus on developing new dealers / clients in existing and new markets for our Brand.
  3. Ensure that the Sales Teams have clear objectives and develop suitable strategies, plans and budgets capable of achieving them.
  4. Generate strategies that ensure growth in Motorcycle Spare Parts Sale Business turnover.
  5. Prepare Credit Management Policy for the Company and implement it.
  6. Prepare a detailed plan for Collection & Recoveries. The collection strategy should be presented to Higher Management and implemented once approved.
  7. Manage collection process of defaulting accounts, and establish relationship with collection agencies and lawyers.
  8. Manage and create excellent Relationship with dealers for recoveries matters.
  9. Prepare weekly recoveries plan for collection & recoveries.
  10. Maintain an appropriate credit risk level as well.
  11. Coordinate with other Departments to ensure smooth and timely exchange of Information.
  12. Daily Reporting to Management.
  13. Conducting Training Sessions of Sales Staff.
Job Specification

You will be responsible for:

  1. Achieving profitable results for the Company, using the available resources.
  2. Manage the Sales Administration Function, performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
  3. Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  4. Promoting the Company's presence throughout Pakistan.
  5. Development of the annual marketing plan, detailing on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programmed plans.
  6. Responsible for the planning, recruiting, organizing and controlling of sales representatives.
  7. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
  8. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system.
  9. Personally observe the performance of representatives in the field on a regular basis.
  10. Provide ongoing training for the Sales Representatives so that they can present company's products in an accurate and balanced manner.
