About the Role:

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Senior SDRs to join our growing sales team. This is a front-line sales position where you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and connecting with potential clients to generate high-quality leads and set appointments for closers. Senior SDRs will also support junior reps and ensure lead quality is maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

For SDRs:

Pitch company services and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

Schedule appointments or live transfers for the sales/closer team.

Maintain lead data and activities in CRM.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets.

For Senior SDRs:

Handle higher-value or sensitive prospects.

Guide SDRs on effective calling techniques and objection handling.

Support team performance by assisting with call quality monitoring.

Report on performance metrics and assist with campaign optimization.

Provide feedback for improving sales scripts and lead strategy.

REQUIRMENTS:

For SDR:

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferably international).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

For Senior SDR:

Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of proven SDR or telesales experience.

Strong leadership qualities with team mentorship experience.

Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
