- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track payment issues and aging analysis.
- Conduct internal audits to enhance department results and create an efficient medical billing team.
- Maintain accurate aging reports, interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues, and perform account reconciliations.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities, researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a recovery system, initiating collection efforts, and communicating with customers via various channels.
Job RequirementsResponsibilities:
