About the Product: We're building a cloud-based, no-code XR platform that empowers businesses and creators to craft immersive 3D experiences—ranging from virtual tours and interactive showrooms to fully featured marketing funnels—all accessible across desktop, mobile, and VR/AR headsets. Our solution emphasizes real-time shading, AI-powered computer vision, and seamless 360° content integration to drive engagement and conversions.

What You'll Do:


• Architect and implement interactive 3D scenes using Three.js and React Three Fiber


• Develop and optimize GLSL and TSL shaders for advanced real-time effects (lighting, particles, post-processing)


• Integrate AI/computer-vision modules (e.g., object detection, tracking) into WebXR-based AR features


• Collaborate with UX and product teams to transform no-code prototypes into high-performance production experiences


• Troubleshoot graphics or AI integration issues, ensuring consistency and reliability in WebXR environments


• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for 3D/WebXR development

What We're Looking For:


• Three.js & React Three Fiber expertise: at least one end-to-end production project


• Shader programming skills: hands-on experience with GLSL and TSL (Three.js Shading Language) for vertex and fragment shader authoring


• AI / Computer Vision fluency: familiarity with TensorFlow.js, MediaPipe, or similar frameworks for object/person detection, pose estimation, or segmentation


• Mid-level problem-solver: ownership mindset—able to deliver features from concept through deployment


• Performance-first approach: experience measuring and optimizing CPU/GPU workload, memory footprint, and network overhead


• Remote collaboration skills: excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable with distributed teams and time-zone overlap


• Portfolio or GitHub: strong showcase of Three.js/R3F, shader, or AI/WebXR work


• Must be available to work during GMT +1 business hours

Bonus Points:


• Experience with WebGPU


• Background in UX for immersive interfaces


• Contributions to open-source 3D, XR, or AI projects
