Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience working with .NET Core and possess strong database and SQL skills. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of AWS concepts such as Lambda, DynamoDB, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.

Requirements
  1. 1+ years of experience in software development.
  2. Strong English communication skills, particularly speaking skills.
  3. Able to work US office hours (Pacific time).
Selection Process

The hiring process involves three phases: phone screen, technical interview, and behavioral interview.

  1. Phone Screen (15 minutes): Initial assessment to evaluate the candidate's suitability for the role.
  2. Technical Interview (1.5 hours): In-depth discussion of technical skills and experience.
  3. Behavioral Interview (30 minutes): Evaluation of soft skills and past experiences.
