Is responsible for overseeing the setup, construction, implementation, and completion of a website. This means that you will be a team leader for our programmers, designers, and social media team that they are following our step by step system.

  • Acts as a service associate/liaison between the client and support staff.
  • During setup, he will gather all necessary information from the client before the construction of a site begins and coordinate with the support staff.
  • During development, he ensures that all tasks are being completed correctly and on time by support staff.
  • During implementation, he may be asked to help troubleshoot a variety of issues brought up by the support staff or the client.
  • During completion, he instructs the client how to use their website back office tools.
  • Throughout the entire process he will remain in constant contact with the client and advocates for the site's completion in a specified time frame.
Job Specification
  • 2-3 years experience in project management/development, in a customer-facing web environment.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Understanding of development process, testing, and deployment as well as work breakdown, dependencies and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, especially ASP.net and PHP/LAMP.
  • Proficiency with SEO concepts and social media best practices.
  • Understanding and experience in UI/UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, online marketing, and graphic design is a plus, as well as HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative.
  • Highly analytical, logical, and good problem solver.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Able to plan work, organize time, and maintain workflow.
  • Highly proficient in English language both written and verbal is a must.
Job Timings: Job timings for this position are from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Pakistan time (NIGHT SHIFT). The candidate is required to be flexible in timings and willing to work on weekends/from home as project deadlines demand. Total time per day is 8 hours and 30 minutes (including 1-hour break for dinner, tea, prayer etc.) 6 days a week and Saturday is off.
