We are seeking an experienced service engineer to join our team, who is responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and repairing aerial work platforms (AWP) and forklift equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning and testing AWP and Forklift equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of AWP and Forklift equipment.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on AWP and Forklift operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect equipment and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders and repair reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments in the AWP and Forklift industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years & above of experience in AWP and Forklift service and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AWP and Forklift equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Able to read hydraulic and electric schematic diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit & capable of working at heights, climbing ladders, and maneuvering around heavy machinery.
