About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert providing both on-site and remote support to our customers. You'll troubleshoot, implement, and optimize automation solutions, ensuring reliability, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Your role bridges technical support, engineering, and customer engagement—making every day a new challenge and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a technical liaison, delivering exceptional field support to our customer base.
  2. Evaluate and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
  3. Understand customer needs and tailor our automation solutions to meet their business challenges.
  4. Execute support plans and optimize operations on-site.
  5. Develop and deploy small to mid-sized automation solutions across industries.
  6. Analyze installed systems, identify improvement areas, and document solutions and outcomes.
  7. Provide incident and problem resolution via both remote and on-site interventions.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech support, engineering) for seamless service delivery.
  9. Travel nationwide to provide hands-on support and implementation.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Allen Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell Experion; knowledge of Safety Systems (ESD) and other PLC systems is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with maintenance practices including Root Cause Analysis, MTBF/MTBR, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and failure rate studies.
  3. 6–12 months or more of field experience in technical executions.
  4. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed.
