Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive the sales of our high-rise real estate projects. This role is perfect for a sales professional with a passion for real estate and a talent for building client relationships. You will play a key role in achieving sales goals, representing our brand, and ensuring client satisfaction. If you excel at closing deals and are interested in high-rise properties, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and Engage:

Identify potential buyers interested in high-rise real estate and initiate contact.  

Sales Presentations:

Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the benefits and features of our projects.  

Deal Closure:

Negotiate contracts and finalize sales, ensuring a smooth process for clients.  

Client Relationships:

Build and nurture lasting connections with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.  

Market Awareness:

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to stay ahead.  

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.  

Performance Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets to support the company's growth.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, with a focus on high-rise projects.  

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to persuade and close deals effectively.  

Market Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the high-rise real estate sector and its trends.  

Relationship Building:

Proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships.  

Drive:

Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.  

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
