RG Blue Communications is looking for a Business Director to lead key brands, shape integrated strategies, and drive meaningful growth across platforms. This is not an entry point. It's a role for seasoned professionals who've lived the agency life, led 360° campaigns, and understand what it takes to turn brand problems into powerful creative solutions.

Note: This role is strictly for candidates with advertising agency experience. If your background is in finance, media sales, brand side marketing, or non-agency roles — this may not be the right fit.

Who We Are

We're a media-neutral, problem-solving agency — meaning we don't think in silos like "TV" or "digital." We think in solutions. We work across platforms — from TVCs and digital content to activations and beyond — based entirely on the brand's need.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead the Brand Relationship
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, owning the business relationship and steering brand growth
  • Build long-term partnerships through thought leadership, trust, and consistent delivery
  • Lead 360° campaigns with no bias toward TV, digital, or print — we go where the brief takes us
  • Solve business challenges through big-picture thinking and integrated creativity
  1. Grow Business and Teams
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within accounts
  • Lead a team of account managers and strategists — creating a high-performance culture
  1. Execute with Excellence
  • Oversee execution of national campaigns, TVC productions, content plans, and on-ground activations
  • Champion quality and creative effectiveness in every project

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years in a core advertising agency role
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, integrated campaigns
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, communication planning, and the agency process
  • Experience managing multifunctional teams and mentoring young talent
  • Strong client leadership and presentation skills
  • Prior exposure to international or regional brands is a strong advantage

This is not a media buying/sales, PR, or client-side role

No on-the-job learning or training at this level
