We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and strong communication skills to build and grow our brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to promote brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives.
• Content Creation: Interested in creating and curating engaging and high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
• Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships to maximize ROI.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and feedback to maintain positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion metrics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and goals, maintaining a consistent tone across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as content creators, designers, and product teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
• Customer Acquisition: Use social media channels to generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure success and adjust strategies.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various departments to achieve marketing goals.
