We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media & Marketing Associate to join our team in Lahore. The role requires excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in managing social media channels, growing audiences, and executing effective marketing strategies for a leading Toronto-based mortgage company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with company goals and brand identity.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve results.
  • Research competition, trends, and industry benchmarks to develop effective campaigns.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing is required.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Ability to design, plan, and execute campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Creative, analytical, and up-to-date with social media trends.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
