Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding academic programs, career planning, and educational opportunities.
  2. Assist students in the application process for admissions, scholarships, and financial aid.
  3. Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and seminars on various educational topics.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and parents.
  6. Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide ongoing support as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Previous experience in academic counselling or a related field.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  6. Knowledge of the educational system in Pakistan and international education systems.
Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  3. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  4. Empathy and understanding towards students' needs and challenges.
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
