AXTeams Global is a start-up company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM services with offices in Lahore, Pakistan and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Despite being small, our certified and experienced consultants deliver high-quality implementations and services. We provide services in MS Dynamics ERP/CRM Implementation, Annual Maintenance, Support, Resource Outsourcing, Training, and Implementation Audit with ERP Selection Advisory. Our focus is to serve our clients effectively and efficiently.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for generating leads, managing and nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks. The SDR will also engage in outreach and communication activities to identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the business development team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Inside Sales and Sales skills
  • Lead Generation and Business Development skills
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage directly with prospects SMB and Mid-Market segment in Saudi Arabia, Other GCC countries, and new markets
  • Craft tailored outbound messaging that speaks to specific pain points.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and report prospect feedback to improve GTM motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to fine-tune ICPs, scripts, and outreach sequences.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the technology or software services industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of tools like CRMs, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience in vertical SaaS, preferably within B2B tech
  • Experience especially in the Middle Each or North American market
