As we expand our Travel Section, we're looking for a curious and detail-oriented individual to support our research and development efforts.

What We're Looking For:

We're hiring a Travel App Research Analyst who can explore leading travel platforms, analyze user journeys, and provide actionable insights that help us build smarter, more personalized travel solutions. Your research will contribute to refining our search results, user experience, and competitive edge in the travel space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research features, user experience, and data structures of top travel apps like Hotels.com, Booking.com, and Expedia.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and best practices to improve HubQ's travel search functionality.
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to share structured findings and suggestions.
  • Assist in organizing and interpreting data across various travel categories (hotels, destinations, etc.).
  • Prepare clear reports and summaries for internal development use.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Google sheets & Microsoft office (mandatory)
  • Background in research, product analysis, or user experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with travel platforms and apps.
  • Attention to detail, with proofreading and structured writing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
