Responsibilities- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on both customer satisfaction and financial gain.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote Premium Travel & Holidays' services and brand to enhance the company's reputation.
- Identify client travel needs, and present suitable solutions including travel packages, corporate arrangements, and holiday offers.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Participate in industry events, travel fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of travel services and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
