How Can You Express Your Talent:

  • Identify business leads for bulk sale deals / pre-network deployment.
  • Attend networking activities for research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of network layout & roadmap.
  • Develop quotes & proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Successfully close deals and get MOUs signed from bulk deal owners, e.g., building owners.
  • Meet bulk deal targets, including high-rise buildings and new developing societies.
  • Manage the end-to-end process from identification to deployment & onboarding of customers.
  • Follow up on pipeline bulk deals to ensure deployment within SLA time.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Review client feedback and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings to keep ours relevant.
  • Ensure adherence to company principles and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Experience:

  • Experience in business development, preferably in telecom sector.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the service industry.
  • Marketing and sales acumen.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Service standard implementation.
  • Effective communication skills.
