Are you a results-driven sales expert who knows how to turn connections into conversions? Zoha Business Solutions is looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist who excels at using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, and other outreach automation platforms to drive leads, build pipelines, and close deals.

  1. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, and automation tools to generate targeted leads
  2. Design and execute outbound campaigns that drive engagement
  3. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach and follow-ups
  4. Set appointments, nurture prospects, and hand off qualified leads to the closing team
  5. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, Waalaxy, Lemlist, or similar tools
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills for outreach
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Bonus: Experience selling digital services or SaaS
