Salary: Base PKR 50,000–80,000 + performance-based commission (discussed post-interview)

Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Expert Upwork Bidder to join our team and drive high-revenue client acquisition across multiple niches. This is a performance-first role — you must be confident in your bidding game and ready to bring results from Week 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily bidding on high-ticket hourly projects across Upwork
  • Target clients from the US and UK markets
  • Craft tailored proposals that convert
  • Communicate with leads and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams post-acquisition for smooth onboarding
  • Track KPIs and hit weekly revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a bidder on Upwork
  • Strong spoken and written English – must be client-facing ready
  • Deep understanding of high-paying niches like IT, digital marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, customer support, etc.
  • Must have experience targeting US/UK clients
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US hours)
  • Able to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore
  • Must be results-driven, not clock-watch driven
  • Bonus: Experience with other freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Fixed base salary PKR 50K–80K
  • Two commission models offered (discussed in the interview)
