Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable job opportunities on Upwork, crafting compelling bids and proposals, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The role also involves negotiating project terms, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. The Upwork Bidder will collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment in proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in identifying and bidding on relevant Upwork projects
  • Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate project terms and close deals effectively
  • Strong understanding of digital services provided by Elite Tech, including web development, app development, and graphic design
  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 years as an Upwork bidder with a strong portfolio in marketing, graphics, or tech.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.

Project Focus Areas:

  • Digital Marketing: SEO, social media marketing, and advertising.
  • Graphic Design: Visual content creation, branding, and more.
