About the Role

Conrad Labs is looking for a hands-on and creative Content Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and expand our brand presence. In this role, you will produce engaging content across channels such as blog posts, social media, newsletters, and website copy to attract and engage our audience. You will work cross-functionally to support product launches, drive inbound leads, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

What Will You Do?
  • Overhaul the existing website to align with updated company direction, OKRs, and messaging
  • Analyze website traffic, measure inbound inquiries, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates by 50%
Product Launch Marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and go-to-market strategies for new products and services
  • Execute impactful product marketing campaigns that drive adoption and generate excitement
Brand Building & Management
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and internal communications
  • Create and update a wide range of marketing collateral, including:
  • Corporate overview presentations
  • Technical whitepapers
Technical Content Leadership
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop high-quality technical content (e.g., blog posts, articles, white papers) that showcases Conrad Labs' expertise
  • Develop a content calendar with clear objectives and KPIs
  • Establish a consistent posting cadence (e.g., weekly) to maintain an active social media presence
Your Skillset
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in the technology or software services sector
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating compelling content
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies and vendors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
