**Digital Storyteller**: Drive Brand Awareness and Customer Engagement

We are seeking a skilled Digital Storyteller to join our marketing team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will play a critical role in developing high-impact content that drives brand awareness, educates potential customers, and supports lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals, resonates with the target audience, and adheres to the brand voice and standards.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining an editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches. You will identify target audience segments and create relevant, compelling content that addresses their needs and pain points. This includes writing and/or overseeing the development of engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, newsletters, social media updates, and more.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
  3. Identify target audience segments and create relevant, compelling content that addresses their needs and pain points.
  4. Content Creation & Management:
    1. Write and/or oversee the development of engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, newsletters, social media updates, and more.
    2. Collaborate with internal and external writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality output.
    3. Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, applying best practices such as keyword integration, metadata, and internal linking.
  5. Distribution & Promotion:
    1. Implement strategies to grow audience reach and engagement (e.g., influencer outreach, guest posting, partnerships).
    2. Work closely with the digital marketing team to support paid campaigns (e.g., SEM, social ads) and retargeting efforts.
  6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    1. Track, measure, and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to inform future strategy.
    2. Regularly report on key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    3. Conduct A/B testing on headlines, formats, and visuals to improve content effectiveness.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Partner with product marketing and sales teams to develop content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
    2. Work with design and development teams to create engaging user experiences (landing pages, interactive content, etc.).
    3. Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies when specialized expertise or additional capacity is required.
  8. Team Development & Process Improvement:
    1. Mentor content writers and multimedia specialists, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback.
    2. Refine and optimize internal content production workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of execution.
    3. Keep up with emerging content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ongoing innovation.
