
Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support Representative, you will maintain relationships with existing clients and build new relationships with potential clients. You will focus on managing ongoing projects and ensuring their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the teams to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business plans to potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary and performance-based bonuses.
- Rs 40,000 to 150,000 Basic Salary based on Experience + Fuel Allowance.

Should be able to:
- Communicate with international clients.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, block-5, Karachi
NOTE: Please be aware that this position does not follow a rotational shift pattern. However, you may be required to work different shifts based on operational needs. Please note that this flexibility requirement does not apply to female employees.
