Core Job Responsibilities:

The Deputy Program Manager – Support (Brand & Communications) drives operational excellence and impactful branding for Wellma Bar and UNIMMAP MMS. Duties And Responsibilities:

Program & Operational Support:

  • Track program KPIs and contribute to performance reviews based on data and field inputs.
  • Participate in provider engagement activities, trainings, and field visits to ensure program integration.
  • Liaise with field teams and implementing partners to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Assist the Program Manager in the day-to-day coordination of project deliverables.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and donor communication in coordination with internal departments.

Brand Strategy & Communication

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Wellma Bar and UNIMMAP MMS.
  • Conduct market research to refine product positioning and identify new engagement opportunities.
  • Shape product narratives to resonate with target audiences, focusing on maternal health and nutrition.
  • Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure brand consistency across communication materials, packaging, and digital content.
  • Create content that is informative, culturally appropriate, and visually compelling.
  • Identify and collaborate with digital influencers and health advocates to amplify product awareness and reach.
  • Work closely with HCPs and field staff to ensure communication is aligned with real-world insights.
  • Respond to audience inquiries and track engagement metrics to refine outreach.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work with operational teams to align digital strategies with field data, ensuring that communication efforts contribute to program goals and donor requirements.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure the successful rollout of campaigns where required.
  • Provide internal support and training to ensure all teams and healthcare professionals understand and communicate the brand effectively.

Key Success Factors of Position:

  • Timely completion of deliverables in coordination with the Program Department.
  • Strong understanding of brand development in the health and social sectors.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive community-level brand engagement.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign management and field integration.
  • Creative and adaptable problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.

Job Specification:

Education: Bachelor's/ Preferably, (MBBS) Public Health.

Experience (Min - Max):

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital, brand, or program management, preferably within the health, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing social marketing or digital campaigns, particularly in the health and wellness sector.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Managerial / Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
