We are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Manager in Pakistan to join our Canadian division on a remote basis. This position requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, which will be night shift in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and referrals to drive additional revenue.

Develop and execute SEO campaigns to drive more revenue for clients.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, provide SEO recommendations, and deliver clear, actionable reports.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, technical audits, content optimization, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including technical SEO audits, backlink building, website structure improvements and more.

Conduct A/B tests aiming to increase client ROI.

Adapt strategies promptly to changes in platform algorithms.

Work with content creators to ensure that content is optimized.

Work with developers to ensure that site is is SEO optimized.

Work with link building team to ensure regular and effective link building.

Regularly report on SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and conversion improvements, offering clients actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO.

Excellent English communication skills to maintain regular client communication.

Strong project management skills, capable of leading campaigns.

Proven experience with international campaigns.

Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics)

Versatility in adapting marketing strategies to various client industries.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
