Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end import operations including supplier coordination, freight, and customs clearance.
  • Handle all import documentation such as LCs, invoices, BLs, COO, and shipping instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, SROs, and customs requirements.
  • Liaise with banks, shipping agents, and clearing agents to avoid delays and demurrage.
  • Monitor shipments and maintain updated import trackers and documentation archives.
  • Analyze landed cost, manage HS Codes, and support audit and regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field from an HEC-accredited university.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience inimport operationsandinternational trade procedures.
  • Strong understanding of trade compliance, incoterms, and customs regulations in Pakistan.
