Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Lahore District. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the CEO's diary, handling clerical tasks, and offering personal assistance. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Skills in Personal Assistance and Diary Management
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills and general administrative duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
