Responsibilities:

  1. Managing daily cash balances and ensuring adequate cash flows for effective business operations.
  2. Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges from limited cash flow.
  3. Maintaining banking relationships, negotiating loans, and merchant services for business units.
  4. Maintaining accounts systems and preparing financial reports for meetings and investors.
  5. Collaborating with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and monitor profit/loss performance.
  6. Developing solutions to financial challenges using financial/treasury knowledge.
  7. Liaising with other departments and business units on various issues.
  8. Providing financial advice impacting the company.
  9. Supervising junior staff members.
  10. Preparing financial reports and submissions to government entities.
  11. Arranging financial audits and reviews.
  12. Handling banking transactions, including receiving and issuing receipts.
  13. Processing credit card payments and transferring money from PayPal accounts.
  14. Managing transfers between bank accounts.
  15. Processing invoices and fees payments.
  16. Managing payroll and MPF matters for the company and subsidiaries.
  17. Completing tax filings and liaising with IRD.
  18. Recommending and maintaining financial policies and controls.
Job Specification

Minimum graduation or equivalent qualification.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP.
