We are a leading BPO, dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and travel solutions. We specialize in assisting customers with their travel needs, handling inquiries, and generating inbound sales. An agent is supposed to receive and make calls to our customers, assist them in building their travel plans, follow up with emails, and mature leads into sales.

Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our call center team. As an Inbound Sales Executive Center, you will:

  1. Answer inbound calls from customers and assist with travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
  2. Understand customer needs and offer tailored travel solutions.
  3. Generate sales by recommending the best travel packages and deals.
  4. Maintain high-quality customer service and build strong relationships.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment and independently.
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales role is a plus (but not required).
  • Availability to work in Evening shift (2PM to 11PM PKT).
