Salary: Base PKR 60,000 – 90,000 + Bonus Incentives (Earn up to 400k)

Work Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Weekend Offs: Saturdays and Sundays

Location: Plaza# F-763, 2nd Floor, Above Habib Metro Bank, Near to Virtual University or Medicare Hospital, College Chowk, Main Saidpur Road., Rawalpindi, Pakistan

About the Role:

Raast Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive for a US-based project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling and handling outbound/inbound calls to generate sales and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling.
  2. Manage both outbound and inbound calls as part of your daily routine.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets within deadlines.
  4. Effectively communicate and build rapport with US-based clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in B2B / B2C sales and cold calling.
  2. Strong communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to work during US shift hours.
  4. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  5. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
