Salary: Base PKR 60,000 – 90,000 + Bonus Incentives (Earn up to 400k)
Work Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Weekend Offs: Saturdays and Sundays
Location: Plaza# F-763, 2nd Floor, Above Habib Metro Bank, Near to Virtual University or Medicare Hospital, College Chowk, Main Saidpur Road., Rawalpindi, Pakistan
About the Role:
Raast Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive for a US-based project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling and handling outbound/inbound calls to generate sales and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling.
- Manage both outbound and inbound calls as part of your daily routine.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within deadlines.
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with US-based clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B / B2C sales and cold calling.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work during US shift hours.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
