Job Title: Business Development Officer – Franchise Division

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Industry: Healthcare | Pharmaceutical | Retail | Franchise Sales

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential investors and entrepreneurs for pharmacy franchises.
  • Present franchise model and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Assist in guiding clients through the sales cycle and onboarding process.
  • Support in achieving monthly sales targets and business goals.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident and professional appearance with client-facing abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within Lahore for client meetings.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
