Job Title: AI Engineer

Symtera Technologies is hiring a driven AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in deploying LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to solve real-world problems.

  • Build & deploy LLM-based chatbots (GPT-4, Grok, DeepSeek, etc.).
  • Integrate Vision AI & Generative AI for text, image & video generation.
  • Implement RAG models for smart search & recommendation.
  • Develop AI-powered automation for CRM & e-commerce systems.
  • Write scalable APIs in Python/Node.js to integrate AI models.
  • Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for efficient retrieval.
  • Stay updated with trends in LLMs, GenAI, and AI agents.
  • BSCS/BSIT/BSSE/MSCS or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agent models
  • Proficiency in Python/Node.js & API development (Flask/FastAPI)
  • Experience with OpenAI, Vision AI, and multimodal models
  • Familiarity with AI model optimization & ethical implementation
