We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end, from polished Next.js interfaces to high-performance Node.js micro-services, while driving modern DevOps and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend


• Develop a responsive admin panel in Next.js, optimized for multiple user roles.


• Implement real-time features with WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE).


• Create and maintain a unified design system using Material-UI (MUI), ensuring accessibility and mobile-first performance.


• Manage complex state with Redux Toolkit and write component tests for stability.


• Design and maintain Node.js micro-services (Express or Nest) on a multi-tenant architecture.


• Secure and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs; add caching with Redis/Memcached.


• Integrate third-party services: Stripe (payments), OpenAI / Anthropic Claude / Mistral, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, and other required APIs.


• Containerize services with Docker, automate CI/CD, and deploy to AWS (Kubernetes a plus).


• Write unit and integration tests, monitor performance, and maintain high availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• 1 year of professional experience with Next.js and Node.js in production SaaS environments.


• Comfortable with Git workflows, automated pipelines, and Agile/Scrum collaboration.


• Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.


• Knowledge of API security best practices, including authentication, rate limiting, and OAuth 2.0.


• Hands-on experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) for optimized performance.


• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.


• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for hosting and scaling applications.


• Ability to optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.


• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills


• Experience with GraphQL schema design and data-fetching optimization.


• Knowledge of Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.


• Test-driven development (TDD) and performance benchmarking.
