Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation such as contracts and letters.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and support internal HR communications.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
